TVW was fortunate to receive a grant from the Tobin Brothers Foundation of $3500. This generous funding will be used to develop the poultry unit of the Permaculture based urban farm to be contained in the village. A henhouse, fenced yard, feed and a workshop to teach residents and local community about the best care for poultry is planned.
The building has been delayed because COVID restrictions have impacted the gathering of working party volunteers. The unit will be completed in early 2021, along with the garden beds and garden shed.
