The TVW committee has been active these past few months looking for grant money AND A TRAM!
The State Government is gifting 138 trams to public and private applicants. SO we have applied for a tram to be renovated to become our kitchen and dining area for Transition Village Wallan. The concept is that the tram will be then be connected to an outdoor open space with a fire pit and BBQ (biogas fuelled perhaps) which will act as the old time village square meeting place..
